Don't Get in the Way of This Kid and His Food
This is an older pic from the end of April (Miles was about 5.5 months old), but had to post it on the blog because it's one of my personal favorites. We weren't intending to give him this ultra cool and trendy faux hawk (it's what all the cool babies are sporting these days...I guess), his hair just naturally settles into this style (here we had a little pomade help). I also love the contrast of faux hawk tough guy sitting on flowery bedding.

CSU MBA Family Party
The CSU MBA program had a party for the classmates and their families in early May at the Denver Aquarium. The highlight of the evening was seeing Pern receive a leadership and excellence award. Smarty pants.

A few shots from early May
I am still getting used to the blogosphere and figuring out the best way to share pics, but here are some taken in early May...with more to come in future posts.
Miles rolled over for the first time a few weeks ago and we just happened to catch it on camera - imagine that! Afterward, Sofia had to give him a congratulatory hug. The other pics are of a family room dinner picnic, and Sofia passed out after a big reading session. She certainly loves her books!
